1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and SalesPro regarding your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, brokerage, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our services

SalesPro provides cloud-based customer relationship management tools designed for real estate professionals, including features for contact management, listings, pipeline tracking, and team collaboration. The Services may be updated, enhanced, or modified from time to time.

We reserve the right to introduce, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Certain functionality may require a paid subscription or separate agreement.

3. Accounts and access

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or be invited by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or security concern.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services except as expressly permitted by law.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and documentation, are owned by SalesPro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as permitted under these Terms or a separate agreement, no rights are granted to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant SalesPro a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. SalesPro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. SalesPro is a business tool and does not provide legal, financial, or real estate brokerage advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesPro and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to SalesPro for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Services becomes impractical.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law—will remain in effect.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SalesPro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
